I have done alot of business with this store but will not come back. I bought a product and it was not satisfactory and was expecting to talk to the manager and waited for her. She came in and they told her my problem and she left rather than talk to me. I don’t like doing business with people like this. Keep this in mind when you are looking for products. Oh and btw Amazon has a return policy.

I had a prescription for some speciality items that were not in stock! So Beni at the Visalia Bone Store went above and beyond to help find my items. I needed the items in about 2 weeks for an upcoming procedure and ordering by special order would cut it pretty close to my deadline. So Beni checked inventory at other stores, Fresno had 3 but 2 were defective. So we had 1. Then she tried Bakersfield and they had another one. She assured me that somehow, someway that she would get them in store BEFORE my deadline. The next day she called me directly and followed up on her gameplan and comfirmed my order. 8 days later I received a phone call saying that they were in store and I can pick them up anytime. I was VERY IMPRESSED with her OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Well done young Lady!! I will be back!!

Z is always helpful & kind. When your spending your hard earned dollars for help with a disease that insurances won't cover, Z's pleasantness makes you feel like you bought designer goods.

The employees are kind and helpful. I can understand the stores no return/ refund policy. However I do not like the no exchange policy. Also their receipt paper states some items are subjected to a 25% restocking fee. The items in this store are not cheap and do take time to adjust to. The shoes need to be worn more than a 5-minute-try-on-in-store to figure out of its a comfortable fit for your feet. I bought sandals 3 weeks ago and was told as long as the sandals didn't show any wear/ tear I could exchange them under a 30 day comfort policy. I came back and a different employee, Carter, said that's not a policy for the sandals. Thankfully he did honor what lady told me (I can remember her name but it starts with an 'I'). Then Carter told me since there is a 1 time exchange comfort policy, and it was being applied under my account (I did give my info on my 1st visit to the store). I suggest If you go, pay with cash, don't give them your info. So if you do need to exchange hopefully you're not limited to a 1 time exchange limit.

We carry compression socks and stockings in a variety of styles, brands, and levels of compression. We measure and practices methods and the use of tools to get compression on as well!
I just asked around the Fresno (sometimes this store gets new items before the other stores) and we don't have anything new. I also called the Visalia store manager, Teresa. She mentioned she believes she chatted with you already. If you have any other questions, please feel free to contact us either by phone or messaging and we will help however we can!
We have a variety of arm sleeves for showering. These arm sleeves are designed for covering casts. One of our brands, DryPro makes some prosthetic shower sleeves. Thier cast covers pump out air to seal tight. If you have more specifics, we can certainly ask our vendors for exact details. In the mean time, we will see what our vendors offer and respond with more details.
