Girl with the red hair that works in the pharmacy has a attitude problem, Rude for no reason at all I guess asking to be checked out in the pharmacy when I have two small things and no one waiting for prescriptions is an inconvenience to her.

Sort of defeat’s the purpose of getting an appointment for a vaccine. 2:30 appointment wasn’t seen till 3:00. Pharmacy staff is about the most unfriendly and inept I’ve ever associated with. CVS will be my go to pharmacy from now on.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Placed an order for photos online. Waited at the counter for 15 min. Couldn't get any help. So I went to look for someone, the only "employee" I could find was working the register with 10 people waiting in line. So I decided to try the pharmacy, where I found the "manager" BSing with the 4 people working the pharmacy. I waited patently for someone to recognize that I was standing there. THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN. Finally I spoke up requesting help at the photo counter and one of the pharm techs finally acknowledged my existence. The "manager" never even turn around to look at me. I was told they would call someone. So I went back and waited another 10min before one of the pharm techs showed up. The absolute worst Walgreens I've ever been to... this place needs new management... well actually they just need management, clearly they have none at this time.

Came in just to pick up photos ordered online. This store gave next day pickup and the Walgreens near me in Lakewood Ranch was a 3 day wait. Thanks for the quick turnaround. Staff member Christian was busy but gave excellent customer service and even fixed a few issues on 2 photos and reprinted them for me. Good experience although this was the only time in this store.
