I wasn’t prepared to work out but awesome equipment the time I went was a bit busy but overall good workout but always remember eat something light before a workout otherwise expect to puke and be utterly exhausted rather then refreshed and more awake

Not that I am aware. The pool is not . And no showering in the locker room.
You must ' sign up ' for the classes being offered because there are restrictions on class size. It is going well.

Thank you for your question, Dakotah. We have indoor basketball, racquetball, volleyball, pickleball, badminton and fencing. No tennis courts currently.
My suggestion is to call before you come. Skate park can be closed due to weather, or threat of bad weather
