My sister and brother-in-law live there and they really like it. There is a Club House, Pool, and Spa for residents use. They have social events like bingo night etc. The area is well maintained. There is visitor parking around various areas for guests. There is grocery shopping and gas stations nearby. The freeway is very close as well.

Depends on the specific location. Space rent is about $1300 a month, plus utilities. The land is very well managed, as is the pool and club house, so it never looks like trash. As far as the house goes, that depends on your purchase price and loan (if you got one).
