Friend lives there and it's nice to go there and be around good people

This is not a family friendly park! Don’t move here if you have children. The landowner is trying to force out all the seniors to convert it into family rentals. There’s no safe place for the kids to go and play, and no lifeguard at the pool. The roads are in a huge disrepair and the back gate had no access for pedestrians. The landowner, John Saunders, has hiked the rent up by 20% or higher and made it impossible for the seniors to live there. He has done nothing to actually improve the conditions of the park. Sure, her put in some solar panels, but none of that revenue benefits the park or it’s upkeep. He is now in the process of putting liens on homes to buy them out from under the residents’ heirs in order to bring in rentals for extravagant rates. The roads are in disrepair. The stop signs are not reflective and their blinking lights malfunction often. The pool and hot tub have cracks. The “clubhouse” has inadequate a/c and needs severe maintenance. The rentable storage units or “garages” are overrun with rats and the only bin for garbage is always overflowing so the residents can’t use it. Don’t rent from John Saunders! The strain of living with that sword of Damocles over your head is not worth it. The previous owners kept ip the park with less income than what John Saunders is forcing the residents to pay.

I have lived her 8 years but when the new owner took over about 3 years ago they stop doing maintenance so everything looks like it needs repairs from the street to the pool

Real Nicely Kept but Damn! There are some Nosey and I Mean NOSEY Neighbors Here!!! I mean it's cool and all to have neighborhood watch system in place but it's another can I have Betty and Joe all up in your business just because you have a visitor come on you shouldn't have to answer to your neighbor's cuz you have a visitor and this is when I was being brought into the park in the owner's vehicle! Seriously, we were questioned with a likeness of being interrogated as to whether or not I was okay to be in the neighborhood or not and I don't look Dangerous by any means. (My tattoos were hidden. 😉 Lol!) I can Only imagine if I had driven in all by myself! It's just crazy & and very unwelcoming. I hope my friend moves because I really don't want to go back there anytime soon. I certainly Would Never Ever want to live there. Proceed with Extreme Caution!

There are homes for rent. You have to call the office for pricing.
If the "young adult" is there to caregive for the elder and that is their mother/immediate family member, yes they are allowed. Your membership handbook you sign states this
The best answer you'll get would be from the front office. My mom has a double, and right now, i believe it is around $650, but may go up soon due to new owners. It is best to ask the management.
