This apartment has been amazing. With super helpful and friendly staff; specifically Andrea. When we first moved in, none of us had ever rented our own place before. Not only did she walk us through the process perfectly, but she was super understanding of us not knowing much. Her patience and true kindness has made this the best experience ever!!!

The pool is the only amenity and it seems to close at the height of time when it really should be open (all of spring break this year and the beginning of summer break last year) for weeks at a time. This time it was to place a new fence. Workers were out a few days two weeks ago, but the whole thing up and haven’t been back since yet it’s still closed due to a “gate issue”. 2K a month for the one thing they have going for the place and it can’t even be used because of a “gate issue”. To top it off we FINALLY got an email yesterday saying the pool will be open this Wednesday (tomorrow) just to get a follow-up email today saying it will still be closed until further notice. Over a manual open and close locking gate. Maybe try closing the pool down in the winter when NO ONE wants to be in it.

Affordable, great location, timely and professional staff for maintenance and all needs. Great dog park, easy access to mail, nice pool area and overall layout. Apartments are spacious, great screened in lanai and lighting from the structure and window placement. Highly recommend.
