Pros: Everyone is very friendly. Walking distance to all kinds of shopping. In interesting Old Town Tustin near museum, shops and dining (love the burgers at American Grub), and weekly farmer's market across the street. Nearby easy freeway access. Laundromat and showers onsite. Cons: A bit pricey but worth it for the location. Limited parking for extra vehicles with street sweeping about 7am every Thursday morning. Very much enjoyed by stay.

Having a yard for my dog is worth a full star on its own. This no frills park is centrally located with the nicest yard space I’ve seen in California. I spent 3 years there for work, and have now moved back east. Pros: Location. My commute to work in Irvine was roughly 20 minutes, in traffic. Grassy yard. Something that is hard to find in California. There’s plenty of room for potted plants, sitting area, grill, even erecting a cabana. Temporary fencing for dogs allowed. Mailbox with address. Each spot receives its mail and deliveries to the site. Staff and neighbors. Very community oriented feel. People are friendly and helpful. Cons: $$$, as others have mentioned. No in-park propane service.

Update again. Since I lived in Tustin but many years ago I got to know which neighborhoods were decent average summer more affluent expensive homes and then the parts that are not so great. Maybe not games but the lower end of the city and this RV park is in the lower end of the city the police station is right down the street it's really close to the 5 freeway that has a lot of riffraff and homeless people and 1st Street and Newport Boulevard is not known to have the best neighborhoods and actually in that neighborhood the trailer park is even in the lower part of it? Not necessarily saying there's a lot of crying but I'm just saying the price that they're charging 1836 is unbelievable because the apartments around that area are 1100 to 1,200 at the most for maybe a one bedroom ?? They are renting a parking space?? Update... there's a place similar to this in Santa Ana that I went to look at a trailer they were renting that they owned at the park similar to this one some have their own Sunday brunch out they didn't have RV parking but it was only $700 a month now granted that was a few years ago but it was just as cute and nice as this one and parts of Santa Ana or not that bad it's actually next door to Tustin. I do not understand how this park gets away with renting for 1836 that's why we need rent control not severe but at least have some average price rent that you can expect from City to City I came across this by accident I've been looking off and on for places to retire to to buy a trailer and park it after I'm done traveling in a van but by the looks of it even two and three years ago they wanted over 1800 a month? Or is that just for a temporary stay maybe if you sign an annual lease it's less and of course Orange County is always expensive intestine is a higher end neighborhood City I used to live there in an apartment. But since it's billed as a senior Park I'm flabbergasted they would charge seniors more than $1,800 cuz even if there's two of them that's $900 or more a month and a lot of seniors when you get retirement or whatever depending on who's working or not 900 would be all the money they have in the world it's so sad that seniors have to consider living in their cars or Vans or renting a room like I do now and I would like to be more independent did the job loss in virus and shut down Orange County and even Riverside County prices on apartments are ridiculous no wonder they had that rent control bill on the state propositions. But I was in the mortgage industry and ever since that failure the people who could afford million-dollar homes and lost them you can't buy a house anymore still have high paid jobs and they keep the rents up by default which is not fair there's now all those previous home owners are renting and they think that's cheaper than there are for $5,000 mortgage but that's not fair to people who were paying less for rent or now have really cheap jobs in Los there career like I did laid off 18 months before retirement!! And because of shutdown and unemployment I've already lost $200 a month on my retirement it's not fair I paid into it for years at a high rate so ridiculous and now Trump has defended it we are losing a hundred billion dollars October November and December because he's diverting part of the tax that's collected from our paychecks that's worse than the people who used to take it out pill for it invested and then lose money she's taking the money that says SSI are checks and moving it to some other fund I don't know who's getting the benefit of the doubt but that's tantamount to treason... the Constitution first three words say Do not harm. It means do not harm the state do not harm the people and he did that in many many ways... sick to death of how seniors are treated... and on top of that we have to still pay for medical called Medicare and it doesn't include dental and vision and other countries have free healthcare for life or at least for seniors and it's supposed to be less making America great again I'd like to know when it was great and it just got worse

My husband and I are new to the RV life. He is now retired. We came here from Arizona for me to begin a new job in the travel healthcare field. We found this little senior community RV park. We are thrilled that they had an opening and accepted a long term commitment. The manager Patrick has been efficient and very helpful. He understood our needs and worked with us on our timeline of moving our motorhome before my job starts. Tomorrow is our first day as a Parque Santiago tenant. We love the area, the weather, and now our new neighbors at this very quaint little park in this wonderful historic district.
