First and foremost the customer service was excellent #1 starting with estimator Chakong who was very thorough and showed up on time & had helpful recommendations on how to prep effectively for the paint team which was extremely helpful. #2 Next the paint team was also on time every day, began working immediately, all very courteous and extremely thorough. There was never a mess anywhere, they made sure to protect floors indoors and patio outside so there was absolutely no paint spilled at all in either place. Definitely appreciated their attention to these details. #3 Project manager Noah stopped by on day 1 to introduce himself to me then again the next day to check on the paint crews progress which was great to me. They were very efficient and seemed to finish details ahead of schedule. #4 unlike home improvement projects I have had done in the past this team of three painters finished exactly in time! No delays at all. #5 Payment total was off a little and to make sure it got processed properly Chakong stopped by to pick up a check with the correct total. Again very good customer service and I think he wanted to see how well everything turned out! Even the paint crew, which he said are one of their best teams, commented on how nice the patio covers looked when finished & he definitely agreed. It's a pleasure for me to see the improvement inside but seeing how much nicer my back patio looks let me know I chose the right company to help me change from drab to fab. I will happily recommend CertaPro of Huntington Beach!

CertaPro Painters of HB did an excellent painting the exterior of my house. The cost estimate process by Chakong was prompt and thorough. They showed up on date promised. Rogelio, the on-site leader, and his crew had great “customer satisfaction” attitude and were top-notch in quality of their work. The house looks great. They worked well as a team - very professional and diligent. They were good about communicating as they worked and telling me when they would take lunch, end the work day, and start work again the next day. They cleaned up and neatly stored their equipment at the end of every work day. They finished on time. They exceeded my expectations in every way. I picked the right company for sure. Highly recommend them.

A substantial percentage of our work involves painting commercial buildings and properties ranging from office and retail space to industrial, schools, hospitals, warehouses, restaurants etc. We also paint condominium complexes and HOAs. Because we are large enough to employ multiple painting crews we can generally start an exxterior project within a week or two. It's also often possibe to start sooner if it's a rush job. As for how long it takes, very generally speaking it can take anywhere from two to five days to paint a typical house. It will depend on the amount of prep work required, the size of the home, number of floors, and the weather.
