This should be called Getto park, here is no management, they will steal everything around your house because a lot of rooms subleasing with unknown people, there is a big problem with fixed exhaust cars making a lot of noise, you won't sleep here. There is no law here, no rules. no body cares. Besides charging rent.

I was looking for a place to park my fifth wheel for approximately 3 months while working in California I was told to fill out an application and wait for approval I waited 7 days and send him an email and called them asking if my application has been approved they responded with the fact that it was rent collection week and they were too busy to get to my application they told me to call back on Friday so I did they told me on Friday that they had been busy and if they had a water emergency in there park and did not have time to review my application and would get back with me in the afternoon I called them four times and the afternoon in which they never returned one phone call I still as of yet a week later have ever heard anything from them I would not recommend this place if you are looking for a place to park your camper or RV
