Absolutely horrible experience here. I do not recommend. Horrible management. Front desk doesn’t seem to be trained. They do not have updated information in your file, if something goes wrong on their end. Avoid this one at all costs. I had to return for a redo on a test because the lab failed. Nobody knew that, no one could guarantee I wouldn’t be billed again. Front desk got snotty with me when I asked for a manager because they don’t know anything(never saw a manager). They just told me, ‘“we hope you don’t get billed, but you could contest it…Why, you don’t want to contest a bill?” There shouldn’t be another bill for a service I already paid for number one. Why would anyone just wait and hope they don’t get a bill? That’s absurd. Not to mention that could happen, and you’d still be stuck paying it. The worst/ shady service I’ve ever dealt with. Then, I get into the office and they tell me I don’t need to redo the test which was also false information… I still need the test, unfortunately. Furthermore, If you have insurance, they say they are contracted when they absolutely are not. You’ll end up paying over 50%. Better off waiting for an appointment with offices that accept your insurance for sure.

Cancled my appointment twice, first time they mixed up my friend and mines info and they canceled it because they clearly were too lazy. Second time apparently they didn't have the doctor on that day.. In just needed my birth control refilled. Never again.

Have been here several times for routine exams. Most of the time staff are friendly, compassionate, and helpful. They have the same bureaucratic pitfalls of any modern medical institution however. In one case they gave me slip to get blood work done at a lab. They forgot to sign it and when I called them to have them verify with the nurse at the blood lab that they had ordered the blood work, they refused without an explanation. Maybe they was a good reason...I may never know. PSA: many other clinics provide the same STI screening services. I just tried to schedule an appointment with planned parenthood and they're book 2 weeks out. If you're a woman and actually have family planning issues, not other sexual health questions, this may very well be the best place to go I presume. Good luck out there!

This is the best planned parenthood I have visited. The staff at the front are amazingly nice and the nurse and doctor that helped me were exceptional at their job. I never once felt out of place and everyone there was so nice, made sure I was taken care of every moment I was there. Such a great environment.

It depends. Insurance will be billed first. If you are 24 and under, the test is free, but there is a visit fee. Planned Parenthood also has a payment plan available if needed.
Yes, they do when needed
Yes, they give all different sizes for free to minors. Some materials do cost money though.
You can typically just walk in
Its $25, but it may be covered by insurance or financial assistance.
