I lived here for a while a few years ago,It was very nice.There wasnt many roaches,they have a club house with frequent events,and its nicely landscaped.Management is very rude though,especially for what you pay to live here.I once locked myself out and they wouldnt let me use their office phone.They also didnt offer to let me in.

the office hours are ridiculous, you can never get hold of anyone! I leave messages for them and no one calls back. A friend of mine was interested in the apartments but chose to go else where because they never answered their phone and no one was in the office. I work a regular 8-5 and I commuted from Zephyrhills to Tampa by the time I got home the office was usually closed. If I had any concerns I had no choice but to call, and hope to get a response; which I usually never did. I had a few other minor issues but this was my biggest problem with these apartments
