Love this place! Debbie the manager is AWESOME and always available!! Such a warm and friendly atmosphere. We hated to leave.

Rude n intrusive. They make you pay for everything from parking to using the pool and they hike up your rent without even telling you they also go through your mail and send it back or sign for it places ridiculous act like it's a amusement park

Ralph's rates are lower than most other parks around. Base rate just raised to I THINK 33.oo/mth. Folks are friendly and many things to do. Nice park to be apart of & nice location!☺
No its 300 monthly 250 app fee each
Yes there are places for sale and if I'm not mistaken some for rent
55+ even though website doesn't state that anywhere!!
