Please ignore Kim K Leathers review, it is Lies and complete exagerations. We have lived in Rainbow Village for 6 years and love living here. There have not been 6 managers, there have been 4. Sue, who was manager here for many many years, after Sue was Lee, Diane and Char. Owners are given notices when their homes are not kept up to the printed rules, these rules have changed very little in the 6 years we have lived here, notices for dirty, moldy houses and driveways, overgrown weeds, ladders, power washers non essential tools etc laying around. These rules keep our Resort beautiful. Kim K Leathers problem is that she feels the rules do not apply to her, as her Lot many times looks like a Junk yard. Rainbow Village has many happy fun loving people that live here full-time and seasonal and is a great place to live or visit. We have an abundance of activities during the Winter Season, two activity halls, a large heated and covered Pool.

Stayed a month here, January 2018 in our RV. Space was ok, park clean, employees nice, residents amazingly friendly! Loved it so much we came back this year and bought a place. Park has gone downhill within the past year. Rules only apply to some. Do a lot of research prior to buying here! Wish we had.

My mother moved into Rainbow Village last on September 1st to pay the whole year, because you paid the whole year Diane gave her discount. Unfortunately my mother decided that she wanted to sell the place. The owner of the property that she got from my mother was paying her monthly tax due to the fact that my mother paid for the whole year. This month with the last text you would receive. So I spoke to Diane yesterday and she stated that my mom had a seven hundred and something dollars credit. Also my mom was owed one more cat from the new Resident this month. I called in a resident in a resident said that the manager of Rainbow Village stated that she had to pay her lot rent for this month and she was adding a late fee. But the money was owed to my mother. Also the manager of Rainbow Village decided to tell the new Resident that my mom did pay for the whole year but you didn't have them out enough money to pay for the whole year my mother paid $4,100 but the manager gave her a discount because you paid for the whole year. Where is the money? Why is three different stories being told? Sell my mom's out basically almost $900 and a new Resident had to pay lot rent to Rainbow Village what she was not supposed to and she had to pay a late fee great business great management. Will be contacting corporate today.

Yes they do but you need to contact the office for exact availability.

There is a U-Haul Storage facility just west of Lane Road and State Road 54 it's about a mile and a half from the front door of Rainbow Village

Thank you everyone. While my husband is over 55 and I'm getting closer every year. We have a 4 year old. So I don't think this park is going to work for us. I Google searched family parks, but thought it maybe a 55+. Thank you all again for your time and insight.
