Love this store so much. So relaxing. Brought my daughter in for the first time and she was so enchanted with everything. Great experience until we checked out and went back in to purchase another broom for her granddaughter. The broom was displayed high up on the wall and the employee was not sure how to get it down. Being that I bought a broom recently that was displayed up high, I explained to the employee that the person helping me retrieved a ladder to get the broom off the display a young woman I have never seen before came out from the back with an attitude and when the employee helping us told her what we wanted to buy she stated “I just came out because I heard someone instructing you about the way my mother was doing something.” In very irritated tone. I looked at her and very calmly said the woman who got mine down was very tall. She acted agitated that she had to put out by getting the ladder and climbing it to get the broom for us to buy. She then commented “Oh that would be Laura, just so happens she would be the tallest one here.” In a very accusatory manner. This really embarrassed me that this happened as I have been telling my daughter what a wonderful store and how wonderful the employees were to have something so negative happen in my favorite store. I was shocked as well. I felt like she was very negative, disrespectful and unfriendly, which makes me feel very bad for her mother (the owner of the store) because she has never been anything but kind and sweet. My daughter spent over $130.00 in the store and I purchased items and we went back in to spend another $40+ I won’t fault the owner in any way because she doesn’t greet her customers like that and no one else has ever done this. Hopefully my next trip in will be a better experience. My daughter is contemplating going back and returning her items because of what a negative experience this young woman caused. I told her not to take back what she wanted because of one person being disrespectful. I honestly feel the owner will be upset and ashamed of the behavior of this employee.

I started going here soon after I moved to Zephyrhills. The staff are so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. They always make me feel welcome and answer any questions I may have about a product. They're always doing their best to improve and better the store, to get more interesting products of high quality in.
