Was a great experience when we needed somewhere to stay Alex at the front desk is amazing he is so helpful and goes out of his way to help everyone there!!!! He is what made our experience for us! We stopped in recently to stay again but was disappointed to find out he no longer works there in front office the man there was very rude and gave us no help at all and we decided not to stay. I'm sure their business will suffer because of this!!! Alex go back!!!! I'm sure he is off to better things

TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT!! We drove up to the office and took down the number posted to call as well as buzzed the buzzer. My daughter and son-in-law were standing by the car when a man came from around the building asking what we want. A room for possibly a week. He was very tangling with his questions. He then asked any pets...no. Smoking or non-smoking? Smoking but we smoke outside...he began waving his hands and shaking his head in the "no" fashion. Then he walked into the entrance and completely ignored us. This was the most unprofessional person I have ever had the displeasure of trying to communicate with.

Mr.Alex is a BLESSING!! My daughter’s and I were in a bind and Mr. Alex got us accommodated immediately!! We since then have came to the property on a regular basis just to get away!! It’s now become our home away from home!! Property is always watched over Mr.Alex greets each guest every morning.. it really means a lot to me knowing my children really feel at home when we come here.. IT’S ALWAYS NICE TO HAVE A GREAT COMFORTABLE PLACE TO GO WHEN YOU NEED A CLOSE GET AWAY!! WE WILL FOREVER BE GRATEFUL FOR MR.ALEX🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

I had a great experience with Crystal Springs Inn. The rooms were great and the property is cozy. Alex at the front desk is a fantastic steward. I had accidentally left my boots in my room and didn't realize it until I was hundreds of miles away. He offered to ship it to my home so I didn't have to travel all the way back. Those little things make a business great and it definitely raised the bar for me for motel standards! "You aren't just my customer, you are my guest!" I really appreciate it!
