Jacqueline, got us into our first home, in the neighborhood that we wanted in a competitive market. She guided us every step of the way through the loan process until the moment we walked into the front door. I would absolutely recommend using her.

Jacqueline is absolutely wonderful to work with. After my other agent had a family emergency, she stepped up and worked super hard to help me on purchasing my house and also renting it out in less than 45 days, while she made the process seem effortless. She is thorough and professional and she knows what she is doing. I would recommend her to anyone!

My husband and I have chosen to utilize Jacqueline three times over the past two and a half years and have nothing but excellent things to say. I have extremely high expectations for customer service due to my own profession, so finding someone who exceeds said expectations is exceptionally challenging. She is responsive, honest, genuine, and will go to bat for you. I would give her ten stars if that was an option!

Jacqueline was so great to work with. She helped walk us through our first sale and made the time to explain things as we went along. I felt that she always had our best interest in mind and was able to use her experience to inform us of our options. I would definitely recommend her if you are looking for a realtor.

Questions & Answers

What are 3 things buyers should not do once they open escrow?

Number 1: Do not close any credit card accounts or bank accounts. This will affect your credit score. Lenders double check your credit during the escrow. Number 2: Do not purchase any high priced items while in escrow. Wait until after the close of escrow to buy that dream car! Number 3: Don't deposit large sums of cash into your bank accounts. Money needs to be "seasoned" and you will have to show the lender the origin of that cash.

What are the first steps a buyer should take before purchasing a home?

Your first step is to save for your downpayment. There are a lot of options currently from FHA (3.5%) to 5%, 10%, 15% and the more traditional 20%. Hire a qualified and experienced agent, sometimes hiring a friend or family member is not the best choice . Talk to your lender and get your pre-approval letter. The pre-approval is good for 3 months.
