WORST service ever. Unhelpful and unresponsive in the Post Office. Cannot even get a call back from the manager to discuss an issue. And the mail carrier to my neighborhood is the worst I have experienced in my life - stuffs packages in the box without care, delivers packages repeatedly to the wrong address, boxes are left on the front door step in plain view despite having other easy options. Avoid the USPS in general but specifically this office.

I almost never give negative reviews but I have to warn anybody that is planning to visit this particular branch. Yesterday I had the experience of encountering an extremely rude employee whose name tag was Julie or something to that effect. Not only was this woman loud, petty and unprofessional, she threatened multiple times to rip apart my envelope. I was required to use USPS by my job but will be avoiding this business until I know that management has done something about her.

This post office will go days without delivering your mail, give you mail with bootprints stomped all over it, claim that your residence is closed off or no one was home to sign for the package (I have literally watched the postal worker drive by and then leave the dreaded pink slip). The workers don't care and it's easy to tell and the supervisors and managers are just as bad. You try calling the location and no one picks up. I once had a package stuck in another state. The worker there went over and beyond to help me while I got a call from the Norco supervisor two months later asking what I needed. If I could leave zero stars, I would have. Literally the worst USPS location I've ever dealt with.

Do not drop packages I'm the big package drop if you need them to go out on time. Five different packages have sat at this post office for 3-5 days before ever being scanned in and moving. Ebay reputation will go down of you use this post office.
