Paid $5k for a shell and it had dings and scratches all over it. Locks were falling out of the windows when key was inserted. The tech didn’t wire up anything properly, a total hack job. Severely lacking in customer service and people skills.complete scammers. If you are wanting a shell do your research first and check yelp reviews, I wish I would of done so before spending that kind of serious money. Reported them to Better Business Bureau also. BUYER BEWARE

I went into Norco Camper to purchase a $2500 Roll N Lock retractable truck bed cover. I asked for help in sales,. so the cashier called the owner on his line to request help. She was told it was going to be a few minutes Well i could see the owner eating on his desk along with the smell of their food throughout the store YUK anyways, After 15 minutes of waiting patiently I decided that the owners lunch was more important than the owners business so i walked out. Went to wheel parts store and received much better customer service experience, Shame on them for making a good paying customer wait!!!!!!! Well I guess I got a response as a result of my post. Owner states that I only waited 5 minutes To clarify i was already waiting for the single person on the floor to finish with the only other customer at hand before I asked for sales help. The only person that could help in sales was the owner and his wife which both were eating. The sales person called the owner office i can see him pick up the phone as he told her to tell me its going to be a few minutes. Yes lets get the facts straight. there is not one other person that can give prices for these items. The owners thinks I have entitlement issues and that i am above waiting. NO this is not the case at all my issue is that as a business owner myself I would never make someone wait around until I finish my lunch unless it was my last bite but after 8-10 more minutes as they take their sweet time i left the store. BTY 4 wheel Parts store offered free install. So i thank them for putting their lunch priority over me the customer. Final note: If you do not like waiting for help "you have entitlement issues" this according to the owner which they are nice people too! thanks

Purchased a topper and a bed cover. I guess I still didn't spend enough to get good service. Waited six weeks for a topper and brought the truck down from five hours away. Only to find the topper had been damaged in shipping and these guys hadn't bothered to check before having me waste an entire day. No apologies, no offer to discount or expedite. Just "too bad" and wait another six weeks. I'll be letting Leer know how lousy this dealer is and cancelling my order. Any place has got to be better than here. Added after their sarcastic reply: I'm a physician, pretty well versed in the effects of the COVID pandemic. But how does this affect your ability to apologize for poor service? Or acknowledge that inspecting the topper prior to having someone drive 5 hours would be minimum customer service? I didn't complain about the wait - I complained because of your lack of professionalism. So your solution is to make excuses without even saying "Sorry" or "we'll try to do better." Your reply shows exactly what I was talking about. Instead of taking care of the customer you blamed COVID? Weird.
