The worst customer service ever, Please Monitoring your employee. The man with glasses at the counter facing the door, was so rude to customers. you need board with your employee’s name and pictures because they refused to tell they name.

Had the worst experience ever with this place. Unprofessional and rude! You don’t like ur job? Maybe you should choose a different one!

Worst place to receive help from. The grown office females here are beyond rude with extreme attitude. I came for simple help & questions today to switch over to a different insurance plan due to having a high risk pregnancy and the female with terrible eye makeup told me there’s no way of switching my plans. Did not even bother to listen to what I was saying. She kept cutting me off not once but several times. Forcing me to have my baby somewhere I am not comfortable at because of the lack of help and information she refused to give me. She deserves to be fired.
