No waiting. Got taken care of right away. Great people. Checked tires, windshield wipers etc. at no extra charge. Suggested minor problems to fix, no hard sell. Will definitely go back again!

Unlike the other take 5 I have used this one was more interested in how much the up sell and lie to my sister about what she needed rather than doing the oil change you can not change coolant as fast as oil and than charge her for something they did not do. That's what I think about this TAKE 5 REAL LOW RIPPING OF A WIDOW.

This is the first time that I have gone to this Take5 I usually use the in on sr40, But I figured they must all be the same and I was already up that direction so I went to this one. That will never be a mistake I’ll make again. They had no interest in my vehicle or what I was saying to them. I always receive such great service this was horrible. First off they did not check any of the things they claimed on their list they checked and I mean none of them. No tire pressure, fluids or filters. I also was asked which oil I wanted and he was so worried about fighting with another employee about $5 that they put the wrong oil in my car and charged me for the more expensive oil. Long story short I paid$93 for an oil change and was treated like I wasn’t even there. Will never go to this Take 5 again.

Great and thorough service. Professional and courteous staff. The employees worked well together. They explained everything step by step. We had 3 children in the van. It was great not having to unload everyone! We will definitely return!
