Very friendly and quick service! They didn't give me a fork for my to go salad, put chicken on my salad when I asked for no chicken, gave me southwest ranch sauce instead of the vinaigrette, found a dead fly it in, and didn't put the candied almonds on it. The sandwich, and the chicken nuggets were good though!

First let me say I understand this is in a gas station however Wendy’s still has a reputation to maintain. The lady who took our order was extremely rude this morning (12:07). One of the cooks was walking around eating and drinking. No tables were clean we had to find one that was less clean to sit at. Couldn’t get ketchup due to no condiments cups.

Ive come to this wendys regularly for at least 2 years and always been able to use mobile coupons despite not receiving the "rewards pointa" using whatever manual coupon codes the employees had available. For some reason that stopped being the case and the employees refused to use a coupon that I used at this location for a different order just 2 weeks previous. This wouldn't have been an issue if the order taker had informed us of this when we ordered instead of after we had already payed for half our order.

No mobile ordering. Be prepared if you are used to Wendy's doing a certain things, because this location does not. They won't exchange chili for the fries inside the 4 for $4.44. They give you a dumb look. But they will however, give you a baked potato in exchange for the fries!? The cashier will, but the person filling the order will not. And it's not because they already rung up the order one way. The person filling the order actually says that you cannot do that without paying extra. There was a customer literally placing a order that replaced the fries with the baked potato, and she still would not do it. She finally did it, and "slapping" a potato in the bag... lol On a good plus side, the chicken sandwich, even though it was the value sandwich, was very fresh and pretty large.
