Stopped in for a quick lunch break. Tables were all filthy, I placed my order under dine in and the kiosk said take a number and your food will be delivered to your table. They yelled my order number not my table number and left the food at the counter I had to ask for my drinks as they did not serve them and the manager ( woman in red shirt) gave a attitude. A older gentleman walked in to pick up his order by name because he did not know his order number and the manger gave him a terrible attitude and told him you need your order number not a name and he replied he didn’t know his order number and she replied not her problem and grabbed the only bag at pick and tossed it on the counter. “The Villages where the friendliest people are” she does not have any manners or consideration of others. Please do better McDonald’s! You should not have people like that working for you. If they hate their job they should not be working.

there was a bumload of people there, buuut... i still got my order pretty fast and i also got the prettiest, neatest little big mac i've ever had.

Horrible cold food and it was also burnt. If it was burnt at least it should have been at least warm. One of the worst I've been in. I live less than a mile from it and if I want McDonald's I go to another one. Don't really go there often anyway but if I do the McDonald's on Wedgewood Blvd by Walmart Supercenter is usually pretty good. Colony McDonald's is complete garbage!!!

There was a long line for drive thru, but it was lunch time (12:30). They got my order wrong my crispy chicken sandwich was burnt and had nothing but the buns also asked for a iced vanilla coffee with extra vanilla lite ice and got a regular iced coffee. As for customer service they were nice. I didn't return to get my order right the wait would be to long and my break would be over. So double check your order before leaving.
