I had just graduated the day before I came here to upgrade my phone and Nikkie hooked me and my family up with the best deals omg this was the best experience with Verizon ever she was so nice and we spent so much time talking had an amazing conversation very funny and my family loved the service definitely come here ❤️

Went in specifically to ask about charges. We were assured there would not be any additional charges. Asked multiple times. After we received the bill we were charged over $900 more than quoted. When we returned to ask about it the representative that originally helped us just kept stating that there was no way she could have known that we would be charged those fees…maybe should have started with that. Just plain theft, if we try to challenge these fees they’ll ruin our credit. Disgusting and will never do business with Verizon again.

Horrible service, had to go back multiple times because their employee wasn’t properly trained and continued to argue over an Apple Watch warranty. Went to two different locations and the second was way more help than them explaining it. They gave a $50 giftcard as if that was going to help anything. Will not be going back ever. Ridiculous!

My first visit was great, Leeta was wonderful, we got everything we were looking for. Second visit not so good. Very pushy sales, they only wanna sell specific items and steer us away from what we're really wanted.
Verizon support can do s factory reset and get it going again
I’m not getting all of me text that are sent to me. Called Verizon tech and they said it was fixed but it wasn’t. Was on phone for an hour. Tech said I was last call so it was time for her to go home so of course she would say it’s fixed. No change still not getting all text. She said she reset the network. Any ideas from anyone what to try. Even someone from Verizon could help me with this? Thanks Dp
