I’m not getting all of me text that are sent to me. Called Verizon tech and they said it was fixed but it wasn’t. Was on phone for an hour. Tech said I was last call so it was time for her to go home so of course she would say it’s fixed. No change still not getting all text. She said she reset the network. Any ideas from anyone what to try. Even someone from Verizon could help me with this? Thanks Dp
Corporate. I'd personally avoid any authorized retailers. I've had family ripped off at one in Vancouver!
