First time in a long time where we felt good about someone actually helping us and so friendly and informative, professional and so detailed and everything that I needed and asked from her. I don’t remember her name but she was young and from what she told us she’s been there a year but she’s a great employee thanks again for helping us out with our issue.

We had some changes to our account (removing a line, and upgrading a phone) that were not done correctly on-line. We went to the ATT store to try and deal with it in person. It is now more messed up than when we tried to fix it before. We are being charged for an upgraded phone we don't have, 3 of the phones are on a plan that doesn't seem to exist (and is more phone), and the 4th phone got put on it's own plan (at a higher cost and not by our request). this will be our third attempt to get this straightened out
