Melissa was an excellent agent to work with in hunting for an apartment. I came in at the final hour after rain caused a delay for me. Melissa still took the time to show me my options and give me a clear understanding of what the area offered. I ended up choosing a property that is much closer to my office, but I truly enjoyed working with Melissa.

Again, this is my 2nd review & that’s how disgusting this place is. From my ceiling turning brown because of whatever is leaking upstairs to my toilet about to overflow, hearing the lady upstairs walk in her heels all over the apartment morning, noon & night, roaches & spiders infested, pools never work or are clean, air conditioning leaks, the front door handle stopped working & we couldn’t get into our apartment. Yet, the office or “emergency” line NEVER picks up the phone. But they are raising the rent by 40%. Absolutely awful.

Honestly the worst experience living here. All in the span of 6 months, we’ve had the doors in the apt including the sliding door become super hard to close, closet door coming out of it’s socket, fire alarm going off for no reason, mold in the bathroom, the washing machine not working and the a/c leaking, causing a huge leak in my apt. I’m fully aware and understand the fact that things happen, things break & things go wrong. But when management ignores work orders put in, phone calls & voicemails, there is a major problem.. we’ve been calling the office for 2 weeks straight because the a/c is leaking SOOOO much water and it’s at the point that the vinyl/flooring is going to get messed up, as well as mold in our bathroom which we can smell throughout the apartment and they have yet to answer. We leave voicemails, work orders and have even contacted the emergency line and nothing.. We went there and they were closed. It sucks especially when at the end of your lease, these are all things they will try to charge you for. They have added luxury to their name and as seen on their website, raised prices and think that changes anything. Don’t waste your money.

Second year leasing, between the lack of maintenance and the rudeness of the management it's a tie. There is mold in the staircase. Trash management is pretty inexistant. The name have changed, I am waiting to see what new that will bring.

Yes , clean place and nice pools. Great neighborhood. Pet friendly and mostly family's as neighbors
