By far the worst place to lease from. Management is absolutely rude. They pretend to be nice until you become a tenant. They are all extremely nasty, snide, and rude women. The maintenance crew does not know how to repair anything. The property is filled with roaches. It isn't worth the $2000+ monthly in rent. Please run!!! Do not rent from this place!!!!

Don’t get too comfortable or make the place feel too homely because without any warning you will be thrown out. I’ve been living here for almost 5yrs. Paying my rent on time and following any protocol they threw my way. Yet, on 2/1 I get home from work and there’s a note on my door (see pic). My unit is one of the older ones and in line to be renovated. I get that. However, I was not offered to transfer to another unit. The rent was going to go from $1980 to $2550. It’s a big jump but the way things are going everywhere, i would have paid that. I like my stability. Moving was not in the plans at the moment. Our previous home was also a rental. We were there for 11.5 yrs and only moved to FL to be close to family. We do our own pest control (more thoroughly than what their pest control service does). We also do our own maintenance of the place. Minor Fixes. We figured the maintenance guys have enough on their plate to service minor stuff. The office staff are no help. They never return my calls and will not give me acceptable reason for not offering us another unit. When I finally spoke with the manager (Jennifer and only after a few days of trying), I asked could she please speak to corporate about us transferring. She said she’d try. This was over a month ago. Still waiting on their response. Our realtor, not knowing the history, recommended the place and since we trust her, we went with it. When she heard of our situation, she felt so bad for us and embarrassed. She called the office for an explanation and Jennifer was extremely rude which left her feeling livid. I will be posting on every social media I can find including BBB about how awful this place treats their tenants. You don’t treat PAYING, law abiding citizens like this. This could have been handled differently.

We just recently moved in to Windsor Castle & from the beginning I had nothing but cooperation. Jennifer and Gloria were amazing and any questions or concerns that I had they took care of immediately. The process was seamless and I absolutely love my townhouse. I know we will be very happy there.

Like many of the other posts, I too have had issues with my move to the property, but I'd like to think that issues I am experiencing stem from neglect of the previous management. I'd like to focus on the management team and their responsiveness to my issues. Jennifer and Gloria have always been extremely responsive to my concerns and maintenance issues. They have kept me updated on all of my requests, and I have had a few. If it were not for Jennifer, Gloria and the rest of the office staff, I would be looking to move out and I have not been here that long. The property is beautiful and the apartments have great floor plans. The community is very kid and pet friendly. Working remotely a few days of the week has allowed me to observe how hard Jennifer and team works on the property. Every rental community has its own issues. I am glad to have Jennifer and her team on board. I understand that they are relatively new to the property and I understand that they inherited some issues, so I believe they are doing an awesome job addressing the existing issues while working to ensure that changes are made that will prevent the same issues from reoccurring.
