My name is Cesar me and my Wife We have been in this property for 4 years and it has been a rewarding experience starting from the first moment we came to see the apts until the day we signed our first lease the office staff starting with Mrs. Karol she showed us the model apt and she guided us through the entire process, very professional and kind, and the rest of the girls were very kind, the maintenance staff, Mr. Roger, very attentive to the needs of his department, very professional, making sure that his maintenance requests are resolved, and the rest The maintenance staff is very friendly and ready to help you, like every place it has its good and its bad, but there are more good than bad, very friendly neighbors, we definitely recommend it as a good place to live. recommendations for the owners , where the trash is thrown needs to be corrected or relocated , and the entrance gate more functional . we give it 4 out of 5 stars

Been a residence for three years. Asked to transfer units because I recently had surgery and could not longer take all the stairs in my current unit, plus the shooting that happened about a month ago was RIGHT OUTSIDE my unit. I was denied my transfer. Every since the pandemic the management staff is money motivated, and only cater to their ethic background (Hispanic). How do I know this, let’s just say I ran a social experiment with a current hispanic residence. Good riddance MAA!

🤦🏾♀️Despite the NEGATIVE reviews I took a tour today. Carol and Adrianna (the temp as Carol calls her) were extremely nice and professional. I wasn't able to ride the neighborhood to see the garbage issue (scared of raccoons) because the gate was fixed, but I did visit an apartment. The gym was nice but the pool had many leaves and needed fixing as Carol explain respectfully. It's too small for me and there's no place for my 75' TV. The square footage seem smaller than reported on the website. It's felt like 600 opposed to 872..I think. (Math teacher estimation). When I walked into the apartment my allergies became in flames from the carpet and odor. I'm sensitive. Also, the closet is too small for me. Upon leaving the laundry room I notice one of the door boards were missing. Washer and dryer looked decent. AC unit was within a good date range and the water pressure was about aquate. Exiting the apartment was a big spider web developing. The implementation of smart locks was cool. I had the opportunity to watch there interaction with a tenant respectfully. I asked about the parking situation and based on Carol people don't want to walk to their cars and parking is first come first served. Carol inform me that the management team has been there 13+ years but, the comments over the pass year seem to worsen so, I believe you'll. I asked about the approval process and what specifically determines approval, approval with conditions, or denial, but was given a vague answer. I asked because apparently if approval or approval with conditions you have to provide $800 non-refundable plus first months and additional fees.... FYI. I was surprised they want paystub and bank statements. Why do you need to know how I spend or receive my money. You know how much I make with the paystubs 🤔 Education: Look up Florida Landlord and tenant LAW Chapter 83 Over all it was an okay 45 mins. Wait and tour visit of my day. Good luck!

Every community handles resident communication independently, but a good place to start is the MAA site and the Resident Login portal. Not only can residents pay rent online, they can submit and track service requests, check out online deals, and stay connected to news and events in their community.
Most of our communities are pet friendly and offer an array of amenities catered to pets, like pet washing stations and Bark Parks. Check out community pages for pet policies or learn more by visiting our website!

When you’re ready to apply, click on the Apply Now button to begin the application process. Follow the instructions to fill out the application and hit submit when you’re ready. You can also return to your application by clicking on the Resident Login button if you don’t complete your application on your first attempt.
it should be around 1800 I think
I just moved out May and the new rent schedule for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom was going to be $1725 (base rent) plus $4.99 for pest and $15 for trash and water bill varies, I used to pay between $56-$59.
