The class and teacher (Laura) are great overall. The space is relaxing and intimate, and the instructor is so helpful and mindful of keeping proper posture to avoid injuries. She allows you to go at your own pace, while also pushing you when she feels you’re ready. The instructor is fantastic and really works hard to make you feel comfortable in your own body and space.

Instructors are excellent and it is a welcoming studio. The facilities are kept clean and pleasant. Even with the high level of instruction, beginners fit in as well as advanced.

Domenica is an amazing instructor. Great variety of classes. So happy to find a yoga studio that focuses on the technique and not so into the trendiness. Looking forward to taking advantage of my unlimited month and trying some of the other classes and teachers.

You can just walk in on saturday 10 min before the class and sign up. Its not required to sign up online. And you can find the class schedule on their website :)
