I made an appointment to view some Tag Heuer watches and Steven came to help me. Very helpful and even though I was set on the type I wanted he actually gave me some very good points and I went with a different Tag. The manager came over and helped out as well. They cleaned my other jewelry and hade me on my way. I will be back to see Steven for my next Tag.

I've been coming here for my jewelry inspection. I've been to the Jared in Pembroke Pines and didn't like the attitude I was getting there. Every time I come to this store, I'm very pleased with the service and atmosphere. I would like to give a special shout out to Claudia. She was busy the whole time but managed everything with a smile. She immediately helped me when I walked in. She is very friendly, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I hope she gets the praise she deserves.

Yesterday, I went into Jared’s to purchase a Valentines gift for my Mother and sister. Steven Lye greeted me right when I entered and was attentive to me the entire 3 hours! He was extremely patient, professional, and kind. The manager Nellie is a great asset to the company as well! She helped in the process to get the 3 necklaces I purchased customized and shipped out to different addresses. They never rushed or tried to pressure me. Every request was met with great customer service and professionalism. I had a wonderful experience and I will definitely come back in the future!
