2nd time in a row I come here and lights are off, open sign off. It’s only 6:30pm on a Tuesday. Last time the door was locked 15 minutes before closing and inside lights were off. Find someone to run this place appropriately. Thanks

Horable customer service. Today, I had to revisit the store because the four drinks I ordered were very watery and I needed for them to remake 3. The male employee who was not there when I placed the order decided to butt in and dominate the conversation I was having with his colleague. After repeatedly being asked by the female coworker in spanish to let her talk and.handle the situation. I decided to leave since decided to ignore me and attend to a customer while his female coworker had walked to rhe back ...when I called to ask for his name hung up the phone....the second time the phone rang without an answer...third and final attempt heanswered and told to come by tomorrow to at9:30am

I just got my smoothie.. wasn’t bland properly their was chunk of ice going through my straw and it was really hard to drink it. Usually the guy there makes it better but this time their was a girl who apparently doesn’t know how to do her job right. I had to come home to mix my own smoothie

I had a great experience at this Smoothie King. The first time I went (yesterday), I was really indecisive and kept changing my order. And both gentleboys (they were fairly younger lol) were EXTREMELY patient with me. Gave me great recommendations and all. I’m sorry I didn’t catch their names. The second time I went, I didn’t like the two smoothies I ordered and a wonderfully beautiful inside and out young woman by the name of ANGELA not only remade both of them for me to my liking, she gave me awesome recommendations, and when one of them still needed a bit of twerking she improved it for me again. I work is hospitality myself and I know how much patience is required with customers, and all employees here went above and beyond to provide me such great service. I rarely leave reviews of places but I felt this deserved the acknowledgement and recognition. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Guys so much! Be Blessed Stay Blessed!
