The first time I visited The Reserve at Ballenger Creek, I was warmly greeted by the staff, particularly, Louise and Ines. The model looked great and the pricing was reasonable. I looked at several apartments and this was best suited for my needs. I love my new apartment and the location of it in the complex. I would highly recommend The Reserve at Ballenger Creek. LOVED my apartment so much! Unfortunately, I had to move to Montgomery county due to work but I definitely would’ve stayed here if I could’ve! The apartments are just so nice, renovated, and clean! I loved them so much, I renewed my lease after my year was up. Highly recommend! Not only are the apartments beautiful and big, the staff is wonderful and the community is clean and quiet. I always felt safe. Thank you Ines and Louise for making our stay awesome since day 1! I will for sure miss this complex!
