Nice place to live for the most part. Just really wish they’d enforce the rule of not letting tenants put their nasty garbage bags on the floor of the hallways. I absolutely hate opening my door every single day seeing tons of trash on the hallway floor, sometimes leaking and staining the floor. Other than that everything’s nice. Appliances are meh, but the maintenance guys are right on it whenever a work order is put in. Thanks and I hope this garbage bag issue is enforced more.

I've lived at the Courtney at Bay Pines for several years . The property always looks great, neat and clean. The units are well maintained and the staff is great. The Courtney at Bay Pines maintenance team is outstanding. They always respond quickly to maintenance requests and promptly fix the issues!!

Recently moved out two weeks ago today after spending 3 years at The Courtney. After reading the reviews there is a few things I’d like to address. 1.) I’m not sure how some people expect an APARTMENT to have noise cancellation like it was built as a single family home. You should know what to expect with moving into an apartment. 2.) The only bugs I’ve seen within my apartment were Silverfish and a few small spiders but that’s inevitable. We live in Florida. 3.) A few people have died here. The lady that was found at the lake was a supposed suicide. There was a young lady who passed away below us but not sure the cause of death. The only reason I can only give The Courtney 4 stars is because of the lack of security. With the rent amount I feel as if there should be a guard on duty for nights due to the fact that The Courtney isn’t fully gated so random people do walk through the complex. The back side of The Courtney as well as near Walmart by Pinellas Trail have really sketchy people. Also, for the cost of the apartments the floor plans for the 1 bedrooms are kind of blah. Other than that, maintenance was always fast and efficient. Loved those guys. Majority of the front office folks were great except 1 or 2 people (you know who you are). Definitely would recommend The Courtney to anyone especially if you would like to live near the beach.

This is a wonderful place to live. The location alone is worth it. The apartments are super nice. If someone (other reviews) found a bug, it's b/c they brought it in themselves. The walkways and landscaping are awesome. They have a new management staff and they are wonderful to work with.

How much would a long term lease at The Courtney, for a one bedroom apartment cost per month and what does the rent include, please? Like power, cable, etc.? Thank you!

Rent prices will fluctuate month to month, so it's best to call for the current rates. Power, cable, and sewer/water are not included in the price.

The prices vary. It depends on what time of year it is, how long your lease is for, and what size apartment. I was under the impression that they are one bedrooms, the smallest apartments here, not necessarily studios. You can stop by the office or if you do not live locally you can call them. Before I moved here I too was trying to find pricing online. If you contact the office with your desired move-in date they can give you a quote based on that date.
