Sad... wanted to apply for a large business loan went to the branch was told to "just apply online so i applied online.. never heard ANYTHING.. called in was told it was auto decline because account was " Less than one year old so you have to go in to the branch to apply". Time has no value at wells. Victim of the wells fargo circus. Just go to Lending Tree.

I really think the staff at this branch care about the clients/customers. Each time I need to go in this branch, the employees are courteous and they seem to have the best interests of the customers as a bonus. This is MY branch since they will have answers to the questions I may have. Much appreciated!! On my first visit I waited a half hour and nobody said a word to me. I came back two days later and was told to leave because, despite the CDC guidelines removing the requirement to wear a "face covering", Wells Fargo has their own rules. It worked out for the best as I discovered a new bank just on the other side of the street and opened my new accounts there.
