With being around the Addison for a while now due to my mother living here prior, my boyfriend and i got our own apartment over a year ago and love it! Thankfully we just renewed our lease and have no complaints! Any issues you may have, the office is quick to respond. Lindsey is AMAZING with any questions or help you may need along the way. She is truly the best. The maintenance staff are great and so nice as well. I wish i could remember the one man’s name because he is funny and so kind! Anytime we have needed them, whether it be a lightbulb or a small leak, they respond so fast and are always pleasant. Overall, the Addison is great and so close to everything you could possibly need. You look forward to coming home! 10/10 recommend for cozy stress free apartment living :)

So unfortunately this apartment complex just changed ownership. 11/01/21. And in so doing has started to take away amenities. The club house used to be open on week nights and the weekends so that you could use the media room, watch games on the big screen, play pool, and use the computer room. It is now closed during week nights and on the Weekend. We definitely pay a premium to live here. To see the new owners take away the time we can use amenities makes me think what are they going to get rid of next? You might want to continue your look for a new place to live.

Hello, I am so happy I had the experience of living at The Addison on Long Bayou! I would still be living there if not for the need to move out of the area. The office staff are the best and the are always available. The amenities are endlessly , gym, media room, tanning, swimming and even a dog wash!! My apartment was perfect. I had everything I needed, including washer and dryer plus a screened in porch! All appliances are brand new and beautiful countertops. I wish I was in my apartment. I miss my Addison family but I know if I ever get back to Seminole, I have a place to call home. Sincerely, Annie Ryan

Absolutely love this apartment. I lived here for about a year and half. It was an amazing experience all around. If I needed maintenance to come, they came within the hour. Best customer service there is. They keep everything clean and organized! The amenities are amazing! The location couldn’t be better! They truly do care about there tenants, worth every single penny! Highly recommend.
