We paid for our chickens nuggets at 1:02pm, were told to drive around, had three other cars in front, had a lady bring us our food only to discover it was someone else's order. She took it back inside. About 15 mins later I parked my car and went inside to discover two other people, that had gone through drive through, waiting to get assistance because their order had been wrong or was missing items. No one asked if we needed anything, so I flagged down one of the employees that informed the manager. This is what drove me crazy, she says "oh, she got her order, but it was wrong" and then proceeded to call out to have chicken nuggets cooked. Seriously? They forgot about my order. I did not get any priority to my order and had to wait another 10 minutes for my food. My receipt says 1:02pm and I left at 1:42. All I ordered were the 40 piece bundle. I waited a minute for each nugget. I walked out there so disappointed with the whole experience. Mistakes are fine, but forgetting to fix them and inconveniencing a client for 40 minutes is so unacceptable!

The fries had no salt on them but we're hot, big mack also lacked something. They were very expediant and polite, but everything ended up tasting like the paper bag it came in. What happened to the McDonald's we all grew up with?

Went there to order two happy meals for my grandkids. They had special requests and the order was perfect. They both said this is the first time they went to a McDonald's and they got it without any ketchup or mustard on their hamburger. So they were both very happy and so was I with them getting the order correct.

Manners, and common courtesy should be a part of orientation. I understand everyone is working short staffed. But when I pull up to the window to pay, I am greeted by a teenager who tells me the price of my order with his hand out. Not a Good evening, How are you, or even eye contact. That was because he was watching his coworkers phone. After he hands me my bags, he walks away without saying a word. Not, Have a nice night, Enjoy your food, Come back again. Please teach your employees manners. It's not hard to say hello with a smile, while taking the customers money.
