At 9:30pm on a Friday, the staff refused to let’s us in. Said they were closed. Clearly said on the door 10pm. Then laughed. 5 additional groups tried the door as I wrote this.

No drive-thru service and no grilled chicken available at all.

I had no problems. I got my food quickly. I was fresh and delicious. People complaining about how long it took to get their food should take note. All places are busy now and short staffed. That is why they have a huge banner out front stating they are hiring at $12 an hour. Be patient, if you don't like it, move along. We will have one less in line in front of us.
