There is a few things that needs improvement. Seems like there is always something wrong & maintenance is a pain. It’s a nice area and very quiet nonetheless but that’s the only perk.

This place is nothing but an expensive project or EXPENSIVE low income housing. I enjoy the area because it is of convenience for me but price of rent does not match the quality of the apartment. They seem to only care about landscaping and making sure the front buildings look appealing to prospects. I had filed several complaints and nothing was done. They only sit in that office spending time trying to get new tenants moved in instead of making sure everything is up to par with current tenants. They do not do walk arounds to make sure buildings are clean and hazard free. If they did then multiple violations would have been noted months ago and had tenants correct them. Trash is constantly getting in the breezeway/ doors. The outside of the buildings are filthy and have not been pressure washed in years. It use to be a part of their cleaning routine but not now. They are just an eyesore. I feel like if apartments are running this expensive then they should be maintained to fit the price - forget upgrading what's outside (amenties), work on where tenants rest their heads. Also, if you care about your wellbeing you might want to wait until the coast is clear before leaving or entering your apartment as tenants enjoy walking the community with unrestrained dogs. And surveillance? That's a joke. There use to be a sign warning people about cameras but I'm assuming it's just a scare tactic. I'm not sure if the problem is new management or they are just lazy now. The lights inside the apartments need to be graded. The kitchen light is the long rectangle that's usually seen in old buildings. Bathroom vanity hardware is tarnished brass. The light fixtures and doorknobs are tarnished brass. The cabinetry knobs and entrance doorknob is nickle. No unity. I am not understanding why this hasn't been upgraded and lastly, I don't understand why they couldn't do something as simple as keeping the hardware as one metal. Mixed metals are hideous! It's quite disheartening to know that it has come to this and I've concluded that these people simply don't care! It's just a paycheck for them.

Everyone is very friendly and helpful! I have had a couple things that needed fixed, and maintenance was very prompt about fixing them. My son, Joseph, and our dog, Luna, love going for walks and playing in the dog park!

The people living across from my apartment shot a bullet through my kitchen and it could have killed my boyfriend and brother and the apartment managers looked at us as if we had something to do with it. They had little to no sympathy for us. And when I got laid off from my job due to COVID they made it very difficult from me to leave and they still expected me to pay rent even though I got laid off. And they didn’t give me my deposit back. I do no recommend this apartment for anyone.

Under 50 lbs- they have a designated fenced dog park & also have "doggie pick up" waste bags & bins throughout the complex as well

Hi Zahira! The electric bills vary based on your usage and how comfortable you prefer the heat/air. You will pay your electric directly to EPB.
