Hooters still performs. However I can not get a hot enough chicken wing these days. Staff and management does well. They now cut you off at two large ( 22 oz )? Beers. That does disappoint. Still an enjoyable atmosphere.

Half the tables empty but still a 45 minute wait. Update: decided to give it another try tonight 4/23. Ordered dinner at 730 and 815 our waitress came to apologize for the wait and ensured us our food would be out in 15 minutes. An hour for some wings? Nuts. Wasn’t that busy either, just like the first trip.

The only reason I put one star is because I had to in order to leave my review of the worse customer service over the telephone from a waitress. She would not give her name or connect me with a manager. I used door dash delivery service and received the unseasoned, greasy, cold, old, rubbery fish, fries and hard onion rings & cheese sticks. That was a good $47.00 wasted. I will never refer anyone to eat there and I never will again. The only great thing about my meal is this cold Pepsi soda. I have to first say the girls working were super friendly and helpful this reviews does not reflect there performance at all. The reason I gave two stars is the girls and cool atmosphere. Now to the real meat and potatoes. To the management I find it unbelievable in 2021 that you do not have anything for someone with a gluten allergy? A large population of the US is becoming more and more sensitive or have an allergy to gluten Aka wheat barley, Rye. You do have a gluten free menu but you might as well cross off anything grilled cause everything is grilled a one big grill. No way to stop cross contamination there. I was told the fries have a dedicated frier to find out the cheese sticks which are breaded are fried with them too. 🙄 That only leaves a Salad without croutons and no meat just plain or steamed clams /shrimp. (Not this guy) So I just had my mango Lemonade and took my grill chicken salad and grill mahi mahi home to someone else because I didn't want an allergic reaction to being cooked on one big grill. I would high recommend you buy the gluten-free buns or bread and at least have a skillet to prepare food for customers with allergies. Just my opinion but you would have more customers and add more diversity so this bad economy to help your business. I saw your company on undercover boss show. If they want ideas have them contact me. I Also have a youtube channel. To the girls you were super fun and thanks for the pic. I personally can not recommend this restaurant for anyone with a gluten allergy
