This is a great place and get a good workout. They work with with the different moves till u understand them. Very friendly people. I think people should come in and try it. It’s also lots of fun.

So glad I found this place! Sasha (owner and instructor) is a great teacher and very knowledgeable. He makes everyone feel comfortable, and challenges people in a supportive atmosphere. He does restoration exercises after class, whether breathing or stretching- very helpful. There are no contracts and the price is more than reasonable.
