I was able to come to big lots and get a broyhill sectional and new mattress set for under $2000. Associates were very helpful and friendly. **Update 4/5/22** While the experience of the buying process was quite easy, the durability of the items is not. I have owned my sectional and box springs and mattress for 2 years. The couch is trash, the cushions broke down to the point that you feel like your climbing yourself out of a hole when trying to get up. The arm of one side of the sectional had broke loose abs had wood showing. Would not recommend to anyone. The mattress has held up better but it is quite worn as well. Usually only I sleep in it but if you sleep too long, you don't wake up feeling rested and usually have a headache. My husband has stopped sleeping in the bed all together because he had a headache no matter what he tried. Simply put, you get what you pay for. Look for better quality. Get a warranty.

It's nice and they have friendly helpful staff. The products can be both underpriced and overpriced so if you shop right you can get some great deals there.

The store is clean and stocked nicely. I’m here maybe twice a week. Prices are a bit high but I’ve always been ok with that. Went in and purchased a Christmas sweater for an event, the last one of that kind. There was makeup around the rim and inside the hood. The cashier was kind enough to ask the manager Brenda for a discount. Brenda looked at IT, never at me and replies, rudely, “no, no can’t do it for that.” Turns her back and walks away. I bought the shirt anyway and will try cleaning it. My point. Cashier satisfaction was very good. She was kind and respectful. Brenda? Not so much. Maybe she should take some tips from her cashiers.
