Called on Mar 11 to reserve a spot had to pay for in advance. Was told they are working on sewer and it should be ready by my move in date of May 5. Called May. 2 to confirm was told it still isn't ready. Called and was hung up on 3 times. I just want my refund.

We stay here every summer and love it except for the fact that you can't get a wifi signal and if you do, you can't actually connect to the internet but for a second. I think they are working on that though so once that is fixed, this is the best place to park your camper in Lenoir City! We stay there even though we can't get wifi to work. Well my husband stays there more than me because I have to have wifi so I go back home and only go to our camper for a couple nights a week. Very clean, neat place and pet friendly. Love the ladies in the office too!

My husband and I were on our way back from Florida to New York when our truck broke down. While I called for towing, my husband called campgrounds for a site to park our camper. Every RV park said they were full and offered no assistance until we found Lazy Acres RV Park. They had a site with W+E but no sewer. We were towed there and stayed a week. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Showers big and clean. Thank you for helping us out on site G7 until our truck was fixed!!! Anita

Very clean great staff will help in any way,big lots, rates did go up about $400:00 + power.a pool would be nice beautiful place pet friendly.i love it here I full time most people do,there is more available spots.
We have been here since May 2019. The friendliest people guest and owners. We follow the rules concerning animals on leashes at all times. Some people don't have and don't want dogs so we don't want to step on toes. We have an unbelievable amount of TVA land to walk our dogs and throw sticks and Frisbee. Amazing neighborhood. If you don't plan to stay long term come on anyway, We’d love to meet you. January 29, 2020, it's a beautiful day at Lazy acres.
Depends on what amp lot you rent its much cheaper than most campgroundsa 100 amp lot is about $300 A MONTH
Back-ins are 400 a month. Every site has 20/30/50 amps
