We have been here since May 2019. The friendliest people guest and owners. We follow the rules concerning animals on leashes at all times. Some people don't have and don't want dogs so we don't want to step on toes. We have an unbelievable amount of TVA land to walk our dogs and throw sticks and Frisbee. Amazing neighborhood. Funny. Only if you have a German Shepherd that is off the leash and causes complaint from other campers, what a shame some people don't realize a legitimate complaint has to be addressed

Lazy Acres is a good place to start...we've been here a year. It's reasonably priced. You need to call and get on the list.
