Over a 15 minute wait granted it was busy so not so much the issue. What was the issue was worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I don't frequent the establishment often as it's below average to start with. Was just super close to my work. I ordered a big Mac meal. The drink was a small not medium. Fries were ice cold and not drained so massive setting oil, asked for extra cheese and I'm sorry 5 slices is excessive and disgusting. Had to rebuild the burger myself and remove slices of greesy cheese. The burger was also cold and beyond the hourly hold time. I use to work at McDonald's in my earlier years. The crew seemed more into bullsh!+ing with each other than serving the extended drive thru line. I will not be returning to this establishment even tho it's incredibly close to my work. I also won't even call to complain as I feel mgmt should be more involved in busier hours. Yes I also use to be in mgmt. It's a shame. P.s. Zero napkins too. The photo of the burger is after I reassembled it. You can see the oil sitting on the fries. Such a disappointment. This is not the first bad experience. Last time a bag was tossed at me with someone else's order in it. When politely corrected them and trying to give it back they told me to keep it and gave me right order. That order wasn't bad. Just excessive wait time again. If it wasnt for having 1.5 hr break I'd be a bit more upset. Not everyone is so lucky. Long rant over. And 10 bucks burned.

Only taking orders from one of the two drive-thru lanes. Car in front of ma and I backed up to get into the only lane being acknowledged. When I got here there were three cars total in line before the menu. After we finally were able to order coffee, the line still didn't move for another EIGHT MINUTES. Second pick up window, and grill parking spaces NOT BEING USED. Total cluster, with no management in effect. Finally left. NEVER DID GET OUR ORDER.

Drive thru lines not working but instead of closing the lane they let people sit there and build a huge angry line. Go inside to order. Poor employees don’t seem to have enough support and are frantic. Fries are so well done they’re inedible. Burger was frantically thrown together. Just threw out the food, didn’t bother getting money back - been here way too long.

Yes. Looks like they need more staff. Especially during lunch. 8 minutes to get my 6 PC nuggets.
Their drive-thru window speed is horrible. Do your survey because believe it or not my daughter worked for McDonald's and if they get surveys that talk about that specific restaurant the higher powers that be do something about it
