Placed order online for in-store pickup, thinking it would save me time and avoid unnecessary contact. The checkout lane was clearly marked but unattended. It was next to the last regular checkout so the clerk could see me standing there. She just kept serving customers in her lane and glanced at me several times. Finally she said "you have to press that big red button." OK fine, so I did it and this guy comes over and clearly not really interested and distractedon his store intercom device. Didn't even greet me. Just looked at my phone for the order number, brought out the box and put it on the counter. He started to walk away, but I stopped him and asked for a cart. He sauntered over to the front of the store and brought a cart. No conversation or offer to load the box for me. He just walked away without saying thank you or anything. Horrible customer service and I will think seriously before I ever go back to that store.

Great and friendly staff. They have it all its the best place to buy wine. They have a great selection of just about everything but the wine selection is incredible
