Neresh at the front counter made this place worth it Give him a raise! He's the man!!! The hot tub was out of order. Not happy about that, as that was the reason for choosing this location. The room, though, was fantastic! Huge! Very comfy.

Was not there very long since the wedding💑took place at a different location. However a c I had been On the road since 0740 and they spent more time offering us BS excuses on the effects it has when they are understaffed. My comment to the manager was, "what's happened has happened." Let's move on and correct the current situation to keep future problems from happening. We did, ran some emergency errands, and even had the time to grab a pre-wedding drink b/4 heading to the grand event. BTW, the wedding was great. I just want to say to Hampton Inn management and staff. "If you find yourself in a similar situation, don't automatically assume the worst. Have a contingency plan in place, so that your guests will be saying how wonderful things are, instead of making it harder for me to digest my 3rd waffle!!! know what I mean

This hotel is clean and mostly quiet. We stayed in room 213 2/18-2/20. The gentleman checking us in allowed us to enter our room before 3pm which was very appreciated because my Daughters back was hurting. The bathrooms are large and water pressure and temp were good. There are temp controls in room. This was a cold weekend and our room was warm & cozy. The breakfast was plentiful and the free coffee was good with flavored creamer options. The pool was clean and the jacuzzi open. The location was safe and close to many things driving dist. There is a mexican rest walking dist. I would definitely stay again. The only reason I did not offer a 5star is because there was no hotel bar. There is plenty of parking.

A very enjoyable location. The staff was friendly and engaging. Both lobby and room were clean and organized. Free coffee and tea in lobby. The rooms are spacious and the beds are very comfortable. Despite being next to highway the rooms are quite. There are rooms for gathering. Breakfast is included and very delicious, it taste fresh and lots of selection. They do have a nice workout room and large indoor pool. My only complaint is that the swimming pool area is very slippery, be cautious with children. Close to grocery stores and restaurants.
