This place has really went downhill drastically. Ordered 4 ice creams online with very simple request, even gave them a tip. Picked up and went home to see 3/4 incorrect and messed up! Everything was super messy with chocolate all over the outside of the cups. It looked like an elementary child’s work. Totally disgusting and disappointment. Needless to say I’m writing this place off and won’t go back! The place was filthy inside and employees playing on cellphones. Two thumbs down.

Absolutely disgusting treatment by management. A chain this large should not have problems this big. Lack of stock, spoiling food, and faulty lighting. Unacceptable at best. The location was also understaffed and overworked. Pay your workers more and increase your benefits or close the location down since management and higher is unfit to keep the store in shape.

This place is not like it used to be if I could give it half a star I would. Firstly, they told my DoorDasher that they would have to wait an hour and understandably he didn’t want to wait after they told him that the line was too long and he’s not a priority right now. Then a new dasher drove all the way out to the store waited another hour just for them to cancel the order after the Dasher waited an hour. The only reason why I DoorDash from Coldstone now is because I do not like going to Coldstone as it is always so unbelievably dirty and the customer service there is lacking too.

1. We are not offering any in-store dining. 2. We check the temperature of the crew every day before they clock in to work. 3. Though it's unpleasant, every crew member wears a mask all the time when they are in the store. 4. The crew use a new pair of gloves for every order they prepare. 5. We have a cleaning crew that deep cleans the store every day after we close.
