The newly designed mansion rooms are phenomenal! I have done most of their other rooms which are all excellent but the mansion design is on a whole other level. The puzzles are challenging but completely fair. Portal makes other escape rooms that I visit seem simple in comparison! The staff are passionate and kind and it shows. If you are looking for a fun time that will make you think this is the place to go!

I have never done an escape room before, but I can't imagine them being any better than this. Well organized, professional, good production value... If I had anything else to say it was that the sound quality of a few of the audio-recordings maybe could have been clearer... Or maybe we could have talked over ourselves less ha ha ha. We had fun.

Been there three times and each time was a blast. Great puzzles, great themes, definitely a fun hour long session to spend with a group friends. No business is without their faults, however they dedicate a bit of time afterwards to go over puzzles and other possible feedback to incorporate into the game which is a very nice touch. Will definitely be going again.

Had an absolute blast. Did the Red Scare room and was thoroughly impressed with the professionalism and entertainment value of the room. This is the third room I have done with my son and his friends for birthday parties at Portal and each one has gotten better than the last. The details are outstanding. It is clear that they have put a lot of effort and creativity into their rooms. I highly recommend Portal.
