Highly recommend this place, i rented a unit bt 4yrs ago when i moved to salem for work, the 1st couple years i preferred to make the drive to pay in person just so i could chat and visit with them for a few, they have done nothing but been friendly and easy to deal with everytime, i left with a smile or laughing at something wed talked about everytime, i eventualy set auto pay cuz they made me feel comfortable and had no doubt i could trust them, i dont even let my bank do auto anything without me there in person. Have recently moved back to town and am looking forward to driving down there to pay in person and visit, every single employee there has conducted business professionaly and at the sametime made me feel like extended family, i plan on keeping a unit there wether i need it or not. They have been a pleasure to deal with and i appreciate the way they conduct business. 5 stars!....

We've been using 42nd street mini storage for over a year now and have always been extremely satisfied with their service. Their facilities are always clean. We've had no issues with pests and are extremely pleased with their friendly customer service.
