Place next to a train track. So heard them all night. Snooty guest service, Horrible breakfast, price to high for that. Bed uncomfortable flat pillows.

I arrived and the hotel was closed due to a fire. It would have been nice for Hilton to notify me and even attempt to rebook me, but they didn't. Then, a week later, I see that they charged my card for the 2 night stay even though they were closed down - AND - I cancelled my reservation with the Hilton 800#. Now, I'm on hold to dispute the charge but it's been over 30 minutes on hold. [UPDATE] I read your response and had already reached out to the hilton.com support. They just told me it's the responsibility of the property owner, not Hilton corporate. So they are zero help.

Great hotel! Very clean and staff is friendly. If you are looking for airport shuttle clearly state your departure and return time to ensure there is indeed a shuttle available. I paid for Uber both ways when I clearly reserved a room at this particular hotel because it was offered. The hotel received this rating for this issue only. It wasn't communicated and it was unexpected.

Shay was super friendly and accepting. She made the check in process easy with early check in. She remembered us talking on the phone earlier in the day which was meaningful to me. Room was super clean and nice. Beds were comfy and perfectly clean. Bathroom was spotless which made me more confident in my stay. I booked last minute and everyone was super nice and helpful.
